For Central Texas building product and service companies selling into custom homes
One seat per category. When a seat is taken, the category closes.
About three minutes. Founding enrollment closes December 31, 2026.
In October: 17 in-person builder visits, and one campaign put a partner’s lookbook in front of 199 firms.
Three steps, in order.
Fill out the application: your company, your category, your market. About three minutes. The Representation Packet lands in your inbox right after.
A call with Kaeleen. If the seat is open and the fit is real, the full offer is built with you, priced and in writing. No pitch deck, no pressure.
Your product enters the field rotation, carried to builders on her weekly visits. The first written report lands inside the first month.
Builders cannot take a meeting with every rep who wants their business. So good products never get seen. Not because they are not good, but because nobody the builder trusts is carrying them. I carry a small portfolio on purpose. Every product and service in it is personally selected and personally represented. If it doesn’t pass the vibe check, it does not get a seat.
In October, one partner’s written report counted 17 in-person visits, with their name carried into 12 of them. The same month, a single campaign put their lookbook in front of 199 firms, 220 recipients in all, roughly 216 of them delivered. That is what a seat looks like from the inside.
Custom Home Approved is one person, not a platform. When you hold a seat, I am the one in the field with your product.
I guarantee my work, not your sales. Visits made, introductions with follow-through, demand captured: all of it reported in writing, every month. If the work does not happen as stated, the next month is on me. What I will never guarantee is a purchase. No honest rep can.
The builder stays your customer. Orders run direct between you and the builder, and I earn commission on the business I originate.
In the field every Wednesday and Thursday: 24 field days scheduled, at least 20 completed.
At least 45 in-person visits to builders, architects, and designers, your category carried on every one.
At least 24 introductions with follow-through, each one followed up in writing.
Written reports on days 30, 60, and 90.
The first report lands within 30 days: who I saw, where your category landed, and the first demand captured, what they are building, what they are buying, and who they buy through. The second report, by day 60, shows the pattern and where every introduction stands. The third, by day 90, counts the full quarter against the numbers above.
Continue: roll into the next quarter, and your category stays closed to competitors while you are seated. Adjust: keep the seat and change the aim, set from what the reports showed. Stop: end clean, with the final report delivered and commission on business already originated handled by the written agreement.
If the category is open and it looks like a fit, you book a call with Kaeleen. If it is not the right time, she will tell you straight.
